All rates quoted in this tariff are in Euros per person per night and inclusive of breakfast unless otherwise stated.
Amendments to flights made prior to the issuance of flight tickets carry no charge, however, once tickets are issued charges will apply as per conditions pertaining to fare.

When Travel Deals confirms a reservation, it serves as a definite booking and does not require reconfirmation from the agent. Should the booking not be required it is the responsibility of the agent to cancel the reservation with Travel Deals. All bookings carry a 48 hour cancellation deadline, unless otherwise specified upon confirmation. Exception “

Child Children under 2 years may be accommodated free of charge in a cot, except where noted otherwise in the tariff, and where cots are available. For children over 2 years please refer to tariff.

Four-bedded rooms, (Quads) are subject to availability. Third bed in a triple room, and fourth bed in a quad may occasionally be folding beds.

Travel Deals’ normal working hours are Monday-Friday between 0900 -18.00. & Saturday between 09.00 – 13.00. Emergency bookings after office hours, contact 9935 9935.

Agents and/or their clients, who cancel or alter land arrangements direct with Travel Deals’ suppliers without informing Travel Deals, may be liable to charges. Travel Deals will require a confirmation letter from the hotel’s duty manager stating that the change and/or cancellation has been accepted and that no charges will be levied to the supplier. Travel Deals requires a copy of this letter within 14 days for the client to qualify for any financial adjustment. After this period no requests can/or will be accepted.

In the case of a non-arrival our suppliers reserve the right to charge a no-show fee, usually of one night. However, there might be instances when the charge that equivalent of the cost for the whole duration.

During fairs, exhibitions and other special events, rooms may only be available at the official walk-in rate or higher. It is the travel agent’s responsibility to bring this to the attention of his clients to avoid any unnecessary complaints.

Travel Deals reserves the right to amend any rates at any time due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates or government taxes.

Hotels can at any time charge different rates to what is published in this brochure.

Theatre tickets, Train tickets, Transfers, Tours, Group bookings etc are prepaid by Travel Deals. Therefore no refunds will be made for amendments or cancellations of such bookings.

It is strongly recommended that agents arrange a suitable insurance cover for their clients. Also it is the travel agent’s responsibility to check the clients’ visa requirements.

Travel Deals would prefer that they improve the quality of their clients” stay rather than satisfy any disappointments upon their return home. Therefore if you or your clients are dissatisfied with any of the arrangements that Travel Deals have made, kindly contact the supplier on the telephone numbers shown on the hotel voucher, or contact the agent in Malta. THIS SHOULD BE DONE DURING THE STAY ABROAD. Hotels and suppliers are more likely to help resolve matters if contacted by client during their stay overseas.
